IEC 62368-1: 2023第四版已于2023年5月正式出版发布。标准规定了商务和办公机器领域内使用音频、视频、信息技术和通信技术的电气和电子设备(额定电压不超过600V)的安全要求(不包含设备的性能或功能特性的要求)。

 

主要变更内容：

1.外部电路要求相关表格；

2.防火外壳开孔相关修改；

3.液体填充材料要求相关修订；

4.电池充电相关修订。

 

详细变更内容：

·3.3.17.4 highest specified chargin g temperature，3.3.17.5 lowest specified charging temperature 更新最高和最低充电温度定义

·4.1.1 Application of requirements and acceptance of materials, components and subassemblies删除接受 IEC 60950-1和IEC 60065标准的元件

·4.1.8 Liquids, refrigerants and liquid filled components (LFC) 增加小于1L液体部件及使用制冷剂相关要求

·4.1.9 Electrical measuring instruments明确测试仪表输入阻抗值

·4.4.3 Safeguard robustness增加不可触及的安全防护热塑性材料也需要做4.4.3.8的应力消除试验

·4.8 Equipment containing coin / button cell batteries增加可接受的结构设计类型

·4.10.3 Mains power supply cors增加条款

·5.5.2.2 Capacitor discharge after disconnection of a connector增加了可插式type B工业设备插头放电测试

·5.6.2.2 Colour of insulation 明确功能接地导线不能使用黄绿色，除非是多用途

·6.2.3.2 Resistive PIS简化电阻性PIS定义和分类

·6.3 Safeguards against fire under normal operating conditions and abnormal operating conditions 增加不适用的易燃材料类别

·6.4.6 Control of fire spread in a PS3 circuit 增加对于压敏电阻与塑料外壳的距离小于13mm，压敏电阻需要符合G.8.2要求

·6.4.8.3.4 Bottom openings and bottom opening properties更新了防火外壳底部开孔要求

·6.4.8.3.5 Side openings and side opening properties更新了防火外壳侧面开孔要求

·9.6 Requirements for wireless power transmitters 更新了无线功率发射器要求

·B.2.5 Input test  更新了输入测试的判定要求

·G3.5 Safeguard components not mentioned in G.3.1 to G.3.4 明确了保险电阻要符合IEC 60127-8

·Annex E Test conditions for equipment intended to amplify audio signals 更新音频放大设备的测试条件

·Annex M Equipment containing batteries and their protection circuits更新了电池和保护电路要求

·P.2 Safeguards against entry or consequences of entry of a foreign object 更新了防异物外壳侧面开孔要求
